Carly Fiorina

Carly is a true leader and a seasoned problem‐solver. Her mission is to inspire, equip and connect individuals and teams to seize opportunities, face challenges, and accelerate impact in their communities. She knows that everyone has more potential than they realize, that those closest to the problem understand the problem best, and that leading to unlock the potential in others and actually solve problems can result in both progress and joy.

She and her husband, Frank, have been happily married for 33 years. They reside in northern Virginia near their daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters. 


Casey Enders

Casey is obsessed with solving problems, building leaders, wearing owl hats, and eating pie. Before joining Unlocking Potential, Casey Enders served as the Chief of Staff to philanthropist and financier Raymond G. Chambers and as the Policy Director on Carly Fiorina's 2016 presidential campaign. 

Casey started her career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she specialized in the social sector. A proud ‘Hoo, she earned a B.A. in Government and Foreign Affairs with High Honors from the University of Virginia.


Jeffrey Richardson

Before joining Carly’s Unlocking Potential Foundation, Jeffrey served as the Principal of Enspired Muse Coaching and Management. As a senior advisor to D.C. Mayor Vincent C. Gray, Jeffrey served as Executive Director of Serve DC. 

Jeffrey is an AmeriCorps Alum and graduate of the UNC at Chapel Hill and the Howard University School of Social Work. Jeffrey spent seven years as a researcher and program coordinator at Howard University’s DC-Baltimore Center on Child Health Disparities. 


Eric Pahls

Eric is the Producer of By Example. Prior to joining Carly’s Unlocking Potential Foundation, Eric worked as Press Secretary for Congressman Roger Marshall, M.D., of Kansas, and for Dr. Marshall's first campaign for Congress.

Eric is a native of Beloit, Kansas, and graduate of the University of Kansas. He worked at the Robert J. Dole Institute of Politics, and as an intern for Carly Fiorina’s 2016 presidential campaign, Axiom Strategies, the Office of Sen. John McCain and Morning Joe.
